I'm founding and my email inbox is a disaster zone. I've never had to manage this much email in my life lol

I'm completely ootl on what tools (AI or not, idrc) might exist out there to make this better. Anyone have anything they absolutely love?

You manage your email. Take an extra hour per day to get cto or close to inbox zero, a5 least nothing pending your non action by the end of th3 day.

Microsoft make fin email solutions. F500s run themselves on Outlook email and Calendar. Forget Teams or other timewasters that give you multiple inboxes, forget MS's own 'focused' inbox or Google's confusing attempts.

And keep a backup. Of everything. When you understand retention policies and audit, which hopefully should be a few years down the line, delete strictly according to your retention policy.

Fastmail + Em Client; Em Client looks a lot like Outlook but it actually works.

Fastmail user here as well. I use their built in web interface though because it's so good. On mobile I use the app, which I think is just a glorified web app but it also works good.

I still have to maintain my gmail/google email for work but I use fastmail for all my personal stuff.

Very very happy customer. I also do static domain hosting with them.

      Exactly the same. Custom domain.

I like their clients (android, web).

I use their notes feature too, for stuff I want to sync.

Fastmail with custom domain for professional and Gmail for personal.

Gmail and 15 minutes a day (or less) to get it organized.

Answer quickly or delete.

Don’t waste your time. Office or Google.

Have a look at Hey.com, they’ve brought some fresh ideas to managing email that I’m finding very effective.

The interface is really well thought-out, although it's a bit pricey

Zimbra - self-hosted, perceptual license. 25 mail boxes. It's nice.
